1. Agreement & Acceptance

2. Scope of Services
SEO Company Singapore provides organic search engine optimization, technical web audits, local Google Maps 3-Pack optimization, content strategy, and AI search readiness. Detailed deliverables, campaign timelines, and keyword target scopes are defined in individual client service contracts or campaign proposals.
3. Client Access & Operational Cooperation
To enable effective execution of technical optimizations and content deployment, clients agree to provide necessary web access (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CMS logins) in a timely manner. Delays in granting access or approving strategy roadmaps may affect ranking timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom content, technical audit reports, keyword mapping matrices, and custom optimization strategies produced specifically for a client become the client’s property upon full payment of agreed campaign fees. Proprietary software frameworks and internal agency methodologies remain the intellectual property of SEO Company Singapore.
5. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Campaign retainers and audit service fees are invoiced according to agreed milestones. Invoices are payable upon receipt or as specified in the service proposal. All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless agreed otherwise.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
